RedNMX Responder App:
RedNMX require either an Apple (iOS version 12+) or Android (version 7+) device. The link below will only work properly when accessed from your device.
Step 1 – Download / Install App
** iOS / Apple Users **
The provided link will prompt an over the air automatic download. Please accept to download and install the app.
Important for NEW installs: After downloading the app, you WILL NEED TO APPROVE ALPINE SOFTWARE before you can use the app. Open the SETTINGS APP -> General Section -> Device Management -> Alpine Software Corp. Click Trust "Alpine Software Corp". See our website for additional help.
** Android Users **
The provided link will download the app into your device's Downloads folder. You can monitor it's progress in the Status Bar. After the download has completed, YOU WILL NEED TO CLICK THE FILE TO INSTALL IT.
Step 2 – Register App
After installing the app, you will be prompted for a Registration Code. This code is specific to your department and should be only be given to members/personnel from your department.

Step 3 – Logging In
To login and use RedNMX Responder, you will need a RedNMX System Personnel record with an email address. Please use the email address saved in RedNMX as the user name. Your initial password will be your ID/Badge Number. Once logged in, you can change your login password in the App -> Settings area.
