Holtsville FD Responds as RIT to Selden Fire District
At approximately 2:20 AM this morning, Holtsville Engine 3 responded as the RIT to this residential fire on South Bicycle Path in the Selden Fire District. Members operated for just over an hour before returning to service.
Holtsville FD Responds to MVA w/ Pin
Just past 5:30 AM, Holtsville firefighters put tools in operation at the intersection of Waverly Ave and Express Drive North. Members extricated one patient with minor injuries from the vehicle. Holtsville EMS transported the patient to a local hospital.

Today at approximately 10:00am, Holtsville Engine 3 responded to this working fire in the Lakeland Fire District on Baeck Street. Holtsville was assigned the RIT unit and operated for approximately an hour and a half before returning to service.
Holtsville FD Responds to Car Fire on LIE
Holtsville firefighters handled this car fire on the Long Island Expressway last week. The Second Assistant Chief was the first to arrive, shortly after followed by Engine 5. Engine 3 and Holtsville EMS also assisted at the scene.
