Holtsville Fire Department

On September 4th, Holtsville 7 Truck responded to this house fire on 2nd Street in the Lake Ronkonkoma Fire District. 7 truck operated with conducting searches and opening up to extinguish fire that consumed most of the attic. 7 Truck and the First Assistant Chief operated for 2 hours before returning to service.

During the Labor Day Weekend, The Holtsville Fire Department responded to multiple alarms reporting fire and 2 working fires. On Friday, Engine 3 responded to North Patchogue Fire District for a basement fire. On Saturday, Engine 3 responded to Farmingville Fire District for fire on multiple floors of a private dwelling with heavy clutter.

Early this morning, Holtsville Squad 3 responded to this residential fire on Pineaire Avenue in the Farmingville Fire District. Squad 3 operated for 2 hours before returning to service.

This afternoon, Holtsville 7 Truck responded to a commercial fire on Hudson Ave in the Lake Ronkonkoma Fire District. 7 Truck operated with the 1st and 2nd assistant chief for over an hour before returning to service.

Rescue 4 removed one occupant from this multiple vehicle accident on North Ocean Avenue this evening. Engine 3 and Ladder 7 assisted on scene. Holtsville EMS treated the patients involved.
