Today at approximately 2:15pm, Holtsville firefighters were returning from a motor vehicle accident on Nicolls Road when a second alarm was received for a motor vehicle accident with entrapment on Express Drive South near Morris Ave. Engine 3 arrived first and began extricating the victim. They were assisted by Rescue 4 from the Holtsville Fire Department and Suffolk County Police Department Emergency Service Unit. One patient was removed from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital.
